Tom came and cleaned the matted down carpet on our stairs, landing, loft, office and two bedrooms. This is the 3rd time he has offered his services which also includes tile and grout cleaning which looks amazing! As always, Tom was prompt and did such a fantastic job we hate to even walk on it!! Great experience. I called them at the last minute to get my sofa and carpet cleaned as I had family coming on the same day. Tom told me he’d take care of me and he did. My carpets came out great and my tile came out superb! I tried a DIY project that went horribly wrong – restraining my grout. All Brite Chem-Dry came out took off the bright white stain on my grout and also cleaned my tile and grout – it came out perfect! I truly can’t say thank you though for how my carpets and tile came out.

Tom has taken care of our business and home for years. Always surprises us by going way beyond what we would have expected. We trust him in our home, we know his trucks are FULL of special solutions to different problems. Stains that we thought would never come out are gone. Compare that to the super cheap companies that have empty trucks with no extras. All the cheap ones will do is “water” your carpet and do bait and switch. Tom NEVER does that. It’s always very straight forward.

All Brite Chem-Dry came and deep cleaned the carpets in my new house and my former town home! When I say clean I mean they took both locations from the brink and made them look like new again. I really was skeptical about PURT and how well it would work but it’s been two months since I got my new house cleaned and it smells and looks great no pet urine odors at all! I just turned in my keys to the old town home and that carpet was basically black when I moved out. To my surprise when I seen it after being cleaned it looked better than when I moved in! My dog was sick and my carpet took a beating because of it. All Brite Chem-Dry took out all of the stains (and odor) as well as took out some grease stains. The carpet looks and smells great now. The carpet was dry to the touch in a couple of hours and it didn’t have that soapy feel that I’ve had after using a rug doctor. They are very professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

I sent a quote request on Yelp on a Sunday and unexpectedly got a call from Tom almost immediately. I wasn’t expecting a response until Monday so that was a nice surprise and I definitely wasn’t expecting them to be able to make an appointment on Tuesday! Tom showed up on time, was very professional and our 10 year old carpets look brand new. While he was here he also gave me some good tips on keeping the carpet looking great and how to clean spots that may pop up in the future. HIGHLY recommend!
We had an issue with our cat urinating on the carpet in two different rooms. We called All Brite Chem Dry to have all of our carpets cleaned in the downstairs area, plus treat the pet areas. We had our carpets cleaned. We were planning on changing the carpets but we decided to try carpet cleaners. I’ve never paid for a professional before but man it looks so much better. Sheesh. Wow! I’m impressed! I get my carpets cleaned about every 6 months for the last 13 years. With 3 dogs and 4 kids, they need it. I’ve used 3 different carpet cleaning companies through the years. At a friend’s suggestion I tried All Brite Chem Dry. This particular Chem Dry franchise is owned and run by Tom who obviously knows what he’s doing. He brought in his black light and showed me exactly where my dogs had had accidents. He gave me several options of treatments and let me choose what I was comfortable with. He educated me on the type of carpet I had and went to work. When he was ready to leave, he had me inspect his work, thoroughly instructed me on how best to clean up little stains in between carpet cleanings and left my carpet looking brand new. I will, without any doubt be calling this Chem Dry franchise next time! As Tom was leaving I told him that he really knew what he was doing. He let me know that he had been doing this for 20+ years. Great job!

I had a pet who had problems urinating on the carpet due to illness. I had other carpet cleaners come in to clean and when they left the stain was still on the carpet! All Brite Chem-Dry came into the unit and now it looks like brand new carpet. The sticky feeling underneath my feet is gone. The stains are gone. He was even able to get up a big turquoise ring of ink transfer! All Brite Chem-Dry was very thorough. They did a pretreatment first and afterwards he brushed everything out. The price was very reasonable for what I needed and the job that he did was head and shoulders above others I’ve had come in to so the work. I will never use another company again!!

I’m not sure why I haven’t written a review of this company before because All Brite Chem Dry is certainly worthy of rave reviews. After trying many different carpet cleaning companies, I have stayed with this specific company for 5+ years and will only use them from now on. They are pleasant, are excellent at carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. They always dry vacuum first which is a big help. Their products have taken out dog urine, and various other stains. The best part is that their products dry quickly, in just a few hours. Then my carpets and couches look new. Again, I’ve used many different companies through the years and this is the one to use! I strongly recommend All Brite Chem Dry.
We have three large pets and had used Stanley Steamer several times, only for the stains to rise back up in a matter of days. We finally switched to the guys at All Brite Chem-Dry and had a wonderful experience. Tom was pleasant and punctual. His work was impeccable. He took care of several rooms, a long hallway and a flight of stairs. All of the areas look immaculate, and we will definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and results. I had stains in my carpet that I really didn’ think would come out. In fact, I had already gotten quotes on new carpet, but needed the remainder of the house cleaned. Tom came over and said “I can get that out”. Really? OK- give it a shot. Long story short- he did. Bad pet stains, rust stains, general wear. All came out and look great. Saved me from having to buy new carpet. He was prompt (when I called he even said “I can come tomorrow”!), and did more than I even asked for. I will be using him again for sure.

This is the second time we have used All Brite Chem-Dry. Tom did the job both times and I am extremely pleased with his work. We have used other companies in the past but never again! Tom did a thorough cleaning of our living room, dining room and hallway. The very soiled traffic patterns disappeared completely. The carpet looks brand new again and the house smells wonderful. He was here almost two hours and did many steps (or layers) of cleaning and that is his standard method that is included in the price which is very reasonable. We will definitely use his services again.

My carpets were “cleaned” by the previous owner before I moved in. After a few weeks I could smell a strong urine odor coming up when I walked into my living room. Tom from All-Brite Chem-Dry came over and used their P.U.R.T. on my carpets and I have not smelled any urine odors since. He was very informative describing his process to me. Tom was wonderful. He dry vacuumed the area and then cleaned, removing stains that had been there since the previous renters. We had the carpets cleaned twice before and never got the stains out. Tom got the stains out! He cleaned our carpet quickly, and it was dry within 2 hours (as promised) and looks like new. He also used a nice lemon scent that was not overpowering. I would highly recommend him. He was efficient, cordial and got the job done.

We have a puppy and our 2 year old grandson. Our 3 year old carpet was awful looking with food , pet and sick two year old stains. All Brite Chem-Dry did an excellent job removing every trace of spillage and made our carpet look new! We did the stain resistant treatment and the sanitization. What a difference! Wow! Our carpets look amazing! We just had the carpets done today and they look amazing! Our puppies like to use our carpet as their pee pad when it’s raining as they don’t like to get their paws wet. All the stains went out.
